Advocacy & Executive Committee Develop Draft of Merged Advocacy Positions

This document combines MSBA’s three advocacy documents, Legislative Resolutions, Platform Statements and the Missouri Public Education Vision Project, into one document. The draft was presented at the Spring Regional Meetings across the state from April through May. If you missed the Spring Regional Meeting, you can download a copy of the draft below. Please review and discuss with your local board and submit comments by July 31, 2017.

Delegate Assembly | June 3, 2017

Delegates will review and discuss the draft of the Advocacy Positions document. The Delegate Assembly is held in conjunction with the Leadership Summit in Osage Beach but delegates do not have to be attendees of the Leadership Summit to participate in the assembly.

Delegate Assembly | October 6, 2017

Save the date for the Fall Delegate Assembly when Delegates will consider adopting the Advocacy Positions document. This Delegate Assembly is held in conjunction with the Annual Conference in Osage Beach but delegates do not have be attendees of the conference to participate in the assembly.
