  • Missouri school districts are responsible for the quality of any K-12 courses submitted to MSBA Online and must meet criteria established by the consortium and by the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
  • Institutions of higher education are responsible for the quality of any K-12 courses submitted to MSBA Online and must meet criteria established by the consortium and by the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education.
  • All other course providers will submit courses for evaluation of content and consideration for inclusion in MSBA Online.
  • MSBA Online member districts retain the rights and responsibilities for the procurement of courses for district students.

Participating districts are responsible for meeting any certification and supervision requirements for coursework.
