Legal Hotline

MSBA's legal staff routinely field calls from MSBA members, providing information on a variety of legal issues school districts face. This information is particularly valuable because MSBA's staff stay current on new developments in state and federal law, new case law, and are familiar with the MSBA policy services, which a majority of school districts use. This service is available to all member districts, including school board members, superintendents, and other school district staff.
