Controlling district employee spending
Get better control over who spends district funds, and for what, with Procurement Cards. Also, known as "P-Cards," this system lets you dictate how routine goods and services can be purchased by district employees. You can specify dollar limits on transactions (or on the total spending for the day or the month), the number of transactions (daily and/or monthly), even pinpoint which vendors are acceptable - it's up to you. Easy-to-use reporting allows you to keep track of your spending. Plus, regular use of the P-Card could entitle your district to a rebate, based on your annual spending.
