Advocacy - Governmental Relations

As we all know, schools are a regular topic on the agendas of legislators in Jefferson City and Washington, D.C. MSBA works to protect the interests of public school districts by guiding state and national leaders as they consider legislation. Our work includes on-site testimony, direct counsel with legislators, written updates to elected officials, and recommendations to school districts regarding their opportunities to influence the process.
