School Personnel

School boards make important decisions regarding employment. We want to ensure you can access the information you need to make these decisions.

2017 School Personnel Survey is Open!

MSBA annually collects information about salaries, leaves and benefits from public school districts and charter schools around the state to help district make personnel decisions. MSBA member districts that complete the survey AND send their salary schedules and collective bargaining agreements will have FREE access to all information gathered. Otherwise, MSBA will charge $1,000 for access. Please complete the survey no later than November 27.

For more information, contact Susan Goldammer or Matt O’Brien at 800-221-6722.

Do not forget that the survey is not done until you send MSBA your salary schedules and collective bargaining agreements to Matt O’Brien at!

Non-members are encouraged to participate because we want to include all Missouri schools in this important survey. If non-member districts complete all sections of the survey and email salary schedules by November 13, 2017, the district will receive information collected on teacher salaries across the state in a searchable Excel format.
