School Personnel

School boards are responsible for making important decisions regarding employment and compensation. MSBA strives to assist with that process by conducting an annual statewide survey to create a database of resources. Primary among those are teacher salary schedules.  The collection of 237 teacher salary schedules represents only that information which has been provided by voluntary survey respondents for the current year. The content of the individual documents has not been modified by MSBA.

Additionally, a collection of supplemental resources is also provided:  Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs), employment contracts and job descriptions. These are samples provided as reference resources for district leaders and are not intended to be considered as legal guidance from MSBA.

Remember, you’ll need your MSBA login and password to access these member-only documents. If you forgot your password, email Eileen Woody, for assistance.
